Delivery Policy (English)
Skills-Craft Academy delivers digital courses and learning resources electronically. Please read the terms below for details on access, timing, and support.
Delivery Methods
- Access via our LMS / online portal
- Direct email links for learning
- Resource packages (PDFs, templates, recordings)
Delivery Time
- Immediate access: within 1–3 hours after payment verification
- Digital resource delivery: instant or within 24 hours
- Batch courses: access from scheduled start date
Access & Credentials
On enrollment you will receive login credentials, course joining links, and resource access. Please keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
Failure & Delays
If access is not delivered within the expected timeframe, contact us. Delays may occur due to payment verification, incorrect contact details, or third-party payment processor issues.

Skills-Craft Academy-এর সকল কোর্স ও ডিজিটাল রিসোর্স ইলেকট্রনিকভাবে প্রদান করা হয়। নিচের শর্তাবলি লক্ষ্য করুন।
ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতি
- আমাদের LMS/অনলাইন পোর্টালের মাধ্যমে অ্যাক্সেস
- ইমেইলে জয়েনিং লিংক পাঠানো
- ভিডিও রেকর্ডিং, পিডিএফ ও রিসোর্স প্যাকেজ
ডেলিভারি সময়
- পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হলে ১–৩ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে অ্যাক্সেস
- রিসোর্স ডেলিভারি: তাৎক্ষণিক বা সর্বোচ্চ ২৪ ঘণ্টা
- ব্যাচ কোর্স: নির্ধারিত শুরুর তারিখ থেকে অ্যাক্সেস
অ্যাক্সেস ও ক্রেডেনশিয়াল
এনরোলমেন্টের পরে লগইন ডিটেইলস, কোর্স লিংক এবং রিসোর্স অ্যাক্সেস প্রদান করা হবে। তথ্য নিরাপদে রাখার দায়িত্ব শিক্ষার্থীর।
ডেলিভারি বিঘ্ন ও বিলম্ব
নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে অ্যাক্সেস না পেলে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। বিলম্ব হতে পারে পেমেন্ট যাচাই, ভুল কন্টাক্ট তথ্য বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের প্রসেসরের কারণে।
