Thank you for choosing Skills-Craft Academy. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any digital product or training course. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products & Online Courses

All digital content—including online courses, recorded video lectures, downloadable files, templates, assessments, and study resources—are 100% non-refundable. Once access is granted, the purchase is considered final and cannot be reversed.

2. Course Enrollment & LMS Access

• Access to our LMS (Learning Management System) begins immediately upon purchase.
• Access usage or non-usage does not affect the refund status.
• Learners are responsible for checking course details before enrollment.

3. Certification Services

Certificates issued upon completion of training or courses are final and not eligible for refund, cancellation, or re-issuance (except correction of spelling errors).

4. No Refund Under Any Situation

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or decision
• Failure to use the course or access materials
• Wrong course selection
• Personal inconveniences, illness, travel, or emergencies
• Unavailability of required device, internet, or software
• Expectations mismatch after purchase

5. Trainer-Led or Workshop Programs

For physical or live training programs:

• Cancelled classes may be rescheduled but are not refundable.
• If a participant misses a class, it will not be compensated financially.
• Seat reservations are non-transferable unless approved in writing.

6. Duplicate Payments

If the system accidentally charges twice, the duplicate payment may be refunded after verification within 7–10 business days.

7. Technical Support

If you face any technical issue accessing digital content, please contact our support team. Our team will assist promptly with login issues, LMS errors, video playback errors, or certificate download issues.

রিফান্ড নীতিমালা (বাংলা)

Skills-Craft Academy-এর ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট বা ট্রেনিং সার্ভিস কেনার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে রিফান্ড নীতিমালা মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন। একবার কেনা সম্পন্ন করলে নিচের শর্তাবলি প্রযোজ্য হবে।

১. ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট ও অনলাইন কোর্স

আমাদের সকল ডিজিটাল কনটেন্ট—অনলাইন কোর্স, ভিডিও লেকচার, ডাউনলোডযোগ্য ফাইল, স্টাডি রিসোর্স—সম্পূর্ণরূপে নন-রিফান্ডেবল। একবার অ্যাক্সেস প্রদান করা হলে অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া সম্ভব নয়।

২. কোর্স এনরোলমেন্ট ও LMS অ্যাক্সেস

• পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হওয়ার সাথে সাথে LMS অ্যাক্সেস প্রদান করা হয়।
• ব্যবহার করুন বা না করুন—কোর্স একবার কিনলে রিফান্ড হবে না।
• কোর্সের বিবরণ ভালভাবে জেনে তবেই এনরোল করুন।

৩. সার্টিফিকেট সেবা

কোর্স সম্পন্নের পর সার্টিফিকেট প্রদান করা হলে সেটি কোনো অবস্থাতেই ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

৪. কোনো পরিস্থিতিতেই রিফান্ড নেই

ডিজিটাল কনটেন্ট ফেরতযোগ্য না হওয়ায় নিম্নোক্ত কোনো কারণেই রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে না:

• মত পরিবর্তন
• ব্যবহার না করা
• ভুল কোর্স নির্বাচন
• ব্যক্তিগত সমস্যা, অসুস্থতা, ভ্রমণ ইত্যাদি
• ডিভাইস বা ইন্টারনেট সমস্যাজনিত কারণে ব্যবহার করতে না পারা
• কোর্স থেকে প্রত্যাশা ভিন্ন হওয়া

৫. ট্রেইনার-লেড বা ওয়ার্কশপ প্রোগ্রাম

• ক্লাস বাতিল হলে নতুন তারিখ নির্ধারণ করা হবে, রিফান্ড নয়।
• অংশগ্রহণকারী নিজে ক্লাস মিস করলে অর্থ ফেরত বা সমন্বয় করা হবে না।
• সিট ট্রান্সফারযোগ্য নয় (বিশেষ অনুমতি ব্যতীত)।

৬. ডুপ্লিকেট পেমেন্ট

সিস্টেম ত্রুটির কারণে যদি দ্বিগুণ চার্জ কাটা হয়, যাচাই সাপেক্ষে ৭–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।

৭. টেকনিক্যাল সাপোর্ট

অ্যাক্সেস বা টেকনিক্যাল কোনো সমস্যা হলে আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। আমরা দ্রুত সহায়তা করব।

৮. নীতি গ্রহণ

আমাদের যেকোনো ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট বা কোর্স কেনার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই রিফান্ড নীতিমালা সম্পূর্ণরূপে গ্রহণ করছেন।
